Why are we doing this?
There is to much unhappiness and depression in the world today and everyone deserves to be happy.
You look around and see the happiest people that seem to not have a care in the world, but generally speaking they maybe suffering from major depression which can kill you, look at Robin Williams as a example, a world comedian, a well known actor, a funny man who always bounced around, full of life, has everything most people would only dream of and yet he had depression which ultimately killed him.
We have had a few friends who have taken their lives because of depression and know plenty more who are suffering with depression, including myself. people dont choose depression and it doesn’t matter if you are financially stable or unstable, you can have nothing and you can have everything, it can hit anyone and unfortunately it comes with people believing that these people are not normal, but they are. The greater general public must try to understand and give all the help, support and understanding that it is not shameful to have depression. Just like a common cold , it can hit anyone.
I am one of the lucky ones who has amazing support from my wife and a few very good friends to help me realize that life is to short, so I am choosing to take life on for whatever it throws at me and make the most of it. If you have depression, please seek help and turn your life around.
