For an active, ongoing flea problem rather than an end of lease requirement. Internal and external treatment using growth regulators to break the flea life cycle.
Comes with a 3 month warranty. You will need to be out of the property for 3 hours afterwards.
What affects the final price? The end of lease treatment is a single fixed fee regardless of property size. If fleas are still active in a home you are not vacating, the $300 infestation treatment includes growth regulators and a 3 month warranty, which is why it is priced differently to the compliance-only service.
